If you want to explore the beauty of Graubunden and have a comfortable stay, this place could be a good option. Its location is convenient, just a short walk from restaurants, with a bus stop nearby for a further trip. The rooms are cozy and come with basic amenities, with a spacious common area to hang out. Breakfast is amazing; the hostess is helpful and happy to provide advice on skiing and local activities. One minor drawback, a certain feature could be slightly improved, but it doesn't affect the overall satisfying stay.

The staff were really friendly, and the inclusive free Cable car pass/local train pass was brilliant. The breakfast was also very good.
The coffee and other drinks in the breakfast room were far too expensive -although included for free with breakfast, if you had coffee or other drinks at other times you had to pay - and although I have no problem with this, I thought they were too steeply priced - 3.50 Francs for a machine-coffee is too much!!

Rooms have simple and minimal furniture, but are large and spotlessly clean and all have a balcony to enjoy nice views over themountains. Breakfast is fabolous, with a lot of choices (lots of types of cheese and ham, cereals, youghurt, cakes, tea and coffe). Staff is very friendly and helpful (after they had closed the breakfast room and kitchen, they offered to fill up our two thermos with hot water for tea for our hikes). Location is excellent: 5 minutes walk from the centre and yet very quiet fo a good sleep at night. Considering the prices in Klosters, this hotel is excellent value for money.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was simple but comfortable. Breakfast was good and thoughtfully presented. The top floor lounge is good for relaxing, and it's great to be able to get drinks and nibbles there out of hours. Dinner provided by the Sports centre restaurant over the road was excellent.

This hotel in Klosters is a great option for a ski break. It's conveniently located, just a short walk from the center, and easy to find. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the mountains. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The breakfasts are simple but delicious, and the homemade marmalade is a real treat.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional; everything was perfect.

The breakfast was very good- It was a stop over for us so we didn't use many of the facilities. We arrived late and the staff were helpful in ensuring that we could check in without any problems. The room was fairly basic for the cost.
Value for money was poor for the overall stay apart from the breakfast.

The hotel's location near the center made it easy to explore this city, as it was within walking distance to the restaurants and the train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch; I especially enjoyed the sauna after a long day of skiing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even made a dinner reservation for us at short notice. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade marmalade and a beautiful view of the mountains from the top floor.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent Christmas in this cozy hotel and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was one of the best I've had with a great variety of foods and drinks. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to skiing facilities and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Another advantage was the option to have laundry done on-site, which was a great convenience.
That the beds were a bit too low for my taste, but I still managed to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and affordable stay in this beautiful area.

Very friendly, good location, clean, comfortable. Very good value. Although we didn't have a car seems like there's plenty of parking. Located across from the sports center which has a good restaurant (cash or debit card, no credit cards) if you want a close by place to eat. Also has ice skating there.
While the breakfast was good, we prefer a hot breakfast. Excellent meats where provided, unlimited hot beverages, multiple breads. Not a fault of the hotel, the bus to the main station runs once an hour at 52 minutes. Back at 10 after the hour. It's walkable, under 15 minutes. This is where the Gotschna tram is and a bus to Madrisa.

Walking distance to ski lifts and cross country trails, with nearby parking spaces. Enjoyed the nice breakfast and friendly owner, Michaela. Convenient self-service for drinks and snacks, charged to the room or paid with Twint. Basic but comfortable hotel room, and the owner, Michaela, was wonderful. Great value in an expensive resort, with excellent breakfast and comfortable facilities.

This was great value for money in an otherwise expensive resort. The accomodation was basic but comfortable and the free WiFi was excellent. The breakfasts were better towards the weekend and we found out that we could order some hot food for an extra charge.
